Hi Anand I live in Dubai and came accross your blog when I was looking for plot in Asha Township. I want to buy a plot in this township. What is your advise?
We are 10 people from Dubai did not get payments total worth more than one crore Rupees. All paid in 2005. Today we are in 2019. Almost 13 years. Chennakesava has given cheques. All bounced.
Dear Siva My sincere advice is not to go ahead with this builder. My 10 Lakhs are still pending and has not been returned by onwer Chennakeshava. The manager Kumar is a big liar and cheat.
I am sharing my bad experience with you. Please be extra cautious if you are planning to go ahead.

ReplyDeleteUpdate: Out of my 10 Lakhs pending, 5.50 lakh has been returned recently.
Kumar has turned out to be helpful and my earlier comments were wrong about him.
I will update when all the amount is recovered. Thanks.
